This is my response to you:
1. If there is irretrievable breakdown of marriage then go for judicial separation;
2. Also if the wife does not wish to be married to you then go for mutual consent divorce;
3. MCD is cheaper and quicker than contested divorce;
4. If she does not want to do MCD then go for contested;
5. Consult a local lawyer and go ahead with the same.

Dear Queriest, as per your query you have mentioned that the relationship has remained here for the only namesake. Therefore I would kindly suggest you go for counselling i.e. you both, you and your wife together, so that it may help you to come out of this, and further the things may get sorted out by mere discussions on what you and your wife really wants in your relationship and later you both can decide what step you should take. You can kindly call me for the same if you think to go for counselling and further guidance.

You are in very difficult situation.
You can surely discuss with her either to stay with you and start the family.

Next step , you will have to give her the legal notice through Advocate

Next, you will have to file court case for ordering her to stay with you and start the family life.
