Hello Sir, my wife left matrimonial home on 25/11/2022, she refuse to came back and demands my mothers land and then she will return home, nMy wife's uncle abused me over callnI sent legal notice to my wife to come back home againnIn reply she also send legal notice about divorce and used false accusations against menWhat can I do nPlease help me

your wife's action of demanding property, leaving home for that, sending you false notice will all amount to cruelty, subject to facts and circumstances. You may send a follow-up notice/ rejoinder. we can help you deal with the situation. get in touch with us if you need further help

Hello sir you have to file petition in court under Sec 9 of Hindu marriage Act for restitution of conjugal rights and court will issue notice to her for matter. If she has sent legal notice for divorce reply her with request for restoring conjugal rights with you
