Wife says NO to kids / baby after a year of marriage

Hello, its almost a year for my marriage and now my wife says completely NO to have kids as she is not interested and she want to focus on her career and investment for future only. And due to this there too much conflicts at home. Can I get divorce on these grounds or any other way to get it out of this.

There are two options by which we can file Divorce against your wife. 1. Contested Divorce 2. ⁠Mutual Consent A) In Contested Divorce we can file a divorce petition against your wife under 13 1(i-a) for treating you with mental cruelty. B) In Mutual Consent Divorce we can file this petition if your wife mutually agrees to Dissolve this marriage. The only condition for Mutual Consent is Separation of 1 between both the parties.

Yes, you can seek Divorce on the ground of your wife refusing to engage with you physically, as this act of refusal is like committing mental cruelty on you. You can definitely seek Unilateral Divorce on this ground, whether your wife consents to give you Divorce or not!
