Wife registered 498 after me filing divorce

I have already filed divorce and custody in kalyan court still can my wife file 498/FIR against me in ahmedabad police station.
Yes the wife can file 498 at a place of her convenience. She does so to harass u. If you have any objection to that then you have to approach supreme Court to get the matter transferred. otherwise you will have to go to ahmedabad to attend matter.

Well, you cannot restrict your Wife from filing cases against you. She can file a Police Complaint against you charging you of committing Domestic Violence for the sake of Dowry, (Sec 498A of IPC which has been repealed now), Mental Cruelty, Physical violence, then, in such a case, you need to have all the evidences available with you, which can safeguard you.
