Wife not willing to live with me what action can i take

Pls help me sir, 8months before i got married. my wife not willing to live with me even single day. bcoz she is not intrested in marriage life. now she is staying with her uncle. her uncle is lawyer so he created some legal points and bargaining money with us. she is telling now i am not fit for marriage life like that she is telling. her relation also wont ask them bcoz he is threadening everyone bcoz of lawyer. please give me solution about this problem
You can file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights and you can try for reconciliation through court counselling. In case of failure of court counselling, you can go for court appointed mediation to settle the matter amicably.

You didn't mention your religion in your query. If you are hindu then you can Initiate mutual divorce after completion of 12 Months. If you really wanted to live with your wife you can file "Restitution of Conjugal rights". If you are not willing then you can divorce her easily.

At this stage you cannot take any effort through the court of law for dissolving the marriage . Only you can move for restitution of conjugal rights.But you cannot dissolve the marriage since your marriage has been solemnized just within a year.
