Wife not returning back to USA for unjustifiable reasons

I am US resident on non-immigrant visa. I got married and took my wife to USA. Within first year of her stay she had acidity and was asking me if we can shift to India which I used to refuse. We got into fight. But later she stayed with me in USA for 2 years after marriage. On one diwali vacation she went to India but did not return and demanded me to move. I am not in position to move to India. Now she is neighter returning to my parent house nor to USA. She is giving non-reasonable reasons that I miss-treated her with non-justifiable reasons. Its been one year now. Need advise. I also wish to buy new property and need inputs on the same as well.
Please meet her personally and try to sort out the issue as soon as possible. Also arrange for mediation between family persons and try to reach a amicable solution. It will be in the best interest for both of you.
