Wife not responding to Restitution of Conjugation Case filed

My brother got married in 2021 Nov and within one month the girl left the house after calling her entire family to my house, fighting, screaming and insulting my parents. She left at her own wish. My brother then filed a case of restitution of conjugation case against her to call her back but she did not respond at all. On the final day of hearing we got to know that she has requested for a transfer of case petition in Supreme court to Lucknow. We are from Pune and she is in Lucknow.

Well, There are high chances, that, she may not succeed in Supreme Court to get her Restitution of Conjugal Rights Petition transferred from Pune to Lucknow, considering, she has to show reasons like Political Interference in Pune in the Proceedings of above Petition or any other concrete problem to get her case transferred.

appear in the supreme court with an advocate object her application for transfer of case to Lucknow explain the court with relevant documents and evidence that the conduct of the spouse is doubtful and she has willingly left the home and is not ready to cohibit with your brother .
