The best way can be take the divorce by mutual consent. It’s time & money saving. And you will be free within maximum 6 months after filing of your first motion of divorce. The other option is contested one which may take years.

the shortest time for divorce is taken in mutual divorce. if you can convince your wife to take divorce mutually, you may be able to finish the whole process within 1 year. however, if the matter requires you to file a contested divorce, it may take much longer.
