Wife not coming in divorce hearing will she get huge amount as alimony

My divorce is running in delhi since one year, wife is not coming to attend hearing told me will not come, 4 dates already gone, neither we have any child nor she is eligible for maintenance as she is working with good handsome salary. What to do judge is also looking biased for girls, Does divorce case run long or if it is do i need to pay huge amound as my wife runs in 4 month after marriage. And its been 4 year passed now.
hello client as i can see ur issues yes i should say if tye things aa you have explained is correct then it is a grave injustice with you. as you are saying judge is biased in that case we need to take legal steps to stop the judge to give judgement in fevour if the girl. by high court but it need peopee study of the case then only we can give you propee advice in your case.

Courts are not functioning to its full strength and procedure since pandemic of corona broke out in the country. It seems that your wife is summoned and she is not joining proceedings in court despite service. But don't worry.
