You have the option of obtaining divorce either on the ground of mutual consent or on the ground of cruelty. The facts stated by you show elements of mental cruelty however exact opinion and further action can only be given after obtaining complete facts of the case.

First of all you have to decide, what you want, is the behaviour of your wife is bearable aur you think that she will change her behaviour in future, otherwsie you hv to take legal recourse for that. You can file petitin in the court stating your all the grievances

Court doesn't consider divorce petition within one year of marriage untill and unless extreme hardship has not occurred with the petitioner. If you are really want take divorce , we have to show some extraordinary incidents which shows that extreme hardship happened with you. Dissolution of marriage can take place into two motions. Six months statutory time period would be given to both of you to resolve your difference but if it doesn't work out , second and final motion takes place. Divorce decree will be prepared. Revert me
