Wife not allowing to talk or meet kids for 2 years

My wife not allowing me to meet my kids.I have applied for parental visitation right case.Then my Son (12 yr old) told judge that he is not interested to talk to me.Which I believe my wife taught him to say that. For last 6 years we are separated. Divorce case in process. I love my kids. I just atleast want to talk to them over phone this is also ok to me. so that I can understand they are well and safe. Does not I have right as a father? What to do now?Guide

dear client as per your query you can apply for the custody of the child so that if you don't get the custody of the child at least you can get permission or order to talk to your child for your satisfaction yes as Father you have this much right...

yes you have right, but at the age of 12 years your son also has the right to decide whether he will talk to you or not, but if you file an interim visiting right petition with the prayer for telephonic conversation and video call option then you can get that also.

yes you have every right to talk to your child and visit him if you are providing regular maintenance and moreover there is a trick to crack this which needs firm planning and moreover your wife can be pulled down in open court
