Wife not agreeing for divorce even after 3 years of separation

If a couple has been staying separately for past 3 years without any connection and the court has bound the husband for alimony and the husband is paying the same. Still the wife is not letting the husband go legally. On what grounds quick divorce can be taken?
File a mutual divorce petition In family court and present mutual divorce petition both party after that court give you a next date then court will ask you on next date that do you want to live together or not . You will tell to the court no . Court will pass divorce decree .pls give me rating
