Wife neither ready for divorce nor willing to live with me

My wife tortures me and also suffers from mental disease. And now she possessed all our court marriage papers and stays in her father's house. I am willing to get rid of her. I want divorce but she will not give it. Neither she is willing to stay with me. Now what do I do ?
In my opinion file a case under section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, for restitution of conjugal rights. And then you can file a contested divorce petition before the court on the ground of mental cruelty. And without detail discussion proper consult is not possible.
