First thing is that if you are appearing in the court through an engaged counsel then better to take his advice. If you have not engaged any lawyer to conduct the case then I will advice you to engage a lawyer and discuss all the matter with him. As you are appearing in the court, I don't find it to be appropriate to give my opinion, without knowing all the facts of the case.

You can't miss the hearing date without any proper reason. On the next hearing date you can file a petition before the court with a prayer for reducing the amount. If the petition rejected, go for appeal before the High Court.

In case of mutual divorce there cannot be any precondition. You could have informed the court that the signature in the agreement is taken by force and you do not wish to divorce her. If you have not already divorced her than file complaint before court or police.
But this advice is not explore able until details of facts are brought into notice.
