Wife left abroad without informing and not responding now

I am married for 3 years and no kids. After one year of marriage, my wife had an argument with me and went to her parents house and stayed for few months. After lot of convincing, she came back and stayed with me for few more months. Again she went back to her home and no communication from her side. It's been 6 months now. No response for my calls, messages. I came to know that she had travelled abroad few months back. No one from her family informed me about this. How do I proceed with further process ? How can I send a legal notice without her current address ? Is it possible to get exparte divorce ? Do I need to send legal notice through embassy ? Please provide your suggestions. Thanks in advance

dear client.... i understand your pain... now what is your plan whether you are willing to live with wife or not if not, why you sent legal notice through embassy that is not necessary. or going to live her file restitution of conjugal right aginst your spouse... need further clarification pls make call thank u... yours legally Advocate Iyappan E

These kinds of scenarios arise. There is no need for you to send legal notice to her. You can straight away file case for divorce by using the last known address of your wife or her parents address. Once the notice from the court is served you are good to go.
