Wife is out of india and both want to get seperate

The relationship between me an my wife is too much complicated. We are hindu. She is out of india to make her career brighter. She started fight everytime with small small issues. nWe have decided to get seperated but I am in india and she is out of india, so how can I proceed for divorce?

If both of you are ready for divorce then you may file mutual divorce petition before the family court. You may get permission from the court for her presence through video conferencing in the given special circumstances.

Of Course, you can file for a Unilateral Divorce if she is out of India and if she consents to Divorce you in the online Unilateral Divorce Proceedings through video conferencing, then, you will get Divorce by remaining in India itself. Whereas for seeking Mutual Divorce, she has to come to India.
