if you both are hindu than send section 9 notice through your advocate and than file case against her (your wife have many option she can file 498A case, maintenance,DV,property partiyon)... if you lives in delhi than just contact us

If the wife is not interested in maintaining the matrimonial life then you can send her a legal notice regarding your grievances. And if you wish to go legal you can always file for section 9 HMA against her to call her back into the matrimonial life. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

As per matrimonial obligation husband and wife are supposed to live together for performing their respective duties. under Hindu marriage Act, you can file restitution of conjugal right to bring back your wife or else may discuss matter in detail.

if you want to bring back your wife home the you should file application for restitution of congugal rights otherwise you can file divorce petition to get freedom from this marriage and be able to think about further options to bring up your child.
