i want to take divorce from adultous wife . she left house on 13 oct 2023 . and i took police nc s on her like 506, 497.

Well, if you want to seek Divorce on the ground of Adultery of your Wife, then on proving Adultery before the Court, you can get Unilateral Divorce easily. However, apart from Divorce, you cannot file a Criminal Case on her for Adultery.
