Wife is creating problem at home..not giving due respect to parents

Wife is creating problem at home..ot giving due respect to parents... there are arguments with also over simple things..we dont talk with each other for a month....multiple discussion happened with her parents due to her attitude... sometimes she goes to her house for 1 week and return as normal as nothing happened..then again after a month same thing happens...we have discussed this n number of time...but such behaviour, attitude is making life miserable there is no verbal and physical violence but she keeps on argumenting as if she has not done anything..how should we proceed with divorce case and block her entry at house...i am 31 and got married 2 years ago ..o child ..we both are working since last 7 years

Hi sir I suggest the best way forward here would be going for a mutual divorce, this would save you the hastle and the same is a smoother process. if you and wife can agree. if not, we can send her a legal notice intimating our intention so forward.

you may try to settle the matter with her, this way or that way , meaning thereby that either she stays with you or cooperates with divorce by mutual consent. going for divorce on merits will be an uphill task.
