Wife is cheating, has extra marital affair

I am married for 8 years and have a daughter who is 6 yrs old..my wife is cheating and i have few videos of my wife and her boyfriend meeting in places like restaurant and lounge..have videos of around 4 to 5 different instances wherein they are sitting together next to each other and not opposite in restaurant..also they hug each other when wife leaves the restaurant in a ricknnAlso for 1 instance i have video where they have checked in to a resort in afternoon and have left in evening..so have videos of them being present in the lobby area at both times..My question is if these evidences are enough to take divorce on ground of cruelty..i understand it's very tough to prove adultery hence checking if above things are good for taking divorce on account of cruelty

Well, If you have information about their Check In and Check out from one Hotel and there they were staying in the same room, so even judges understand, they would not have gone their to conduct official meetings to discuss business, so these presumptions are per the law enough that your wife has been in affair and based on these grounds, you can get Divorce
