Divorce is mutual when all the terms are mutually decided otherwise not. You can add a clause of giving amount after divorce is obtained later you can challenge it if u didnt find it reasonable. Contact for detailed information.

Your wife cannot demand unfair amount of money from you but she can demand her stridhan and expense during marriage ceremony. But she may not getting alimony as she is working and earn sufficient this is we have to convince the judge

यह बहुत ही अच्छी बात है कि आप दोनों ही अपने वैचारिक मतभेद को समाप्त करते हुए आपसी सहमति से तलाक लेने के लिए तैयार हैं ।
किन्तु जैसा कि आपने प्रश्न किया है कि आपका ससुराल पक्ष आपसे लगभग दस लाख रुपए की राशि मांग रहा है ; तो इधर यह स्पष्ट करना जरूरी है कि - यह आपकी पत्नी पर निर्भर करता है कि वह "स्थायी भरण पोषण" के रूप में कितनी धनराशि पर तैयार होती है ।
हमारे कानून में ऐसा कोई नियम नहीं है कि यदि पत्नी स्वयं के भरण पोषण में सक्षम है तो उसको विवाह विच्छेद के समय कोई धनराशि प्रदान ना की जाए ; भले वह सहमति के आधार पर ही तलाक क्यों न ले रही हो ।
