Wife is asking exaggerated alimony despite well off

I have filed divorce on grd of cruelty. I have a special child. My wife file crpc 125&DV. I am ready to pay for child need as I don't him to suffer due to finance. However my wife claiming 1.4lac pm as maintenance and 1.2lac as interim. Also in dv she filed for eco abuse. She is well off n earning 1lac pm and I m earning 1.8lac. she got 1 house of 1cr for which she need to pay small amt (30k) for possession. Also we hv one jt property worth 50lac. I hv fixed exp of around 1.1lac..she has also nt left rented house where we lived and asking for rent of the house. Please advise how to fight in court.
Nowadays, wives cannot file frivolous maintenance petitions. Maintenance petition must include almost all information regarding incomes and properties. In your case there are good grounds in your support. You need to tackle the case based on her claims. Contact for further discussion.
