If you don’t want to stay with her then it’s better for you to file a divorce petition against her and live apart happily. If possible go for mutual divorce because it is less money consuming and the divorce is granted in maximum of six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Going by the information provided by you, you can ask for divorce either mutually or through mental cruelty as she took away the happiness of you knowing that you have become father. It is better yo take it theough a meeting to understand it better.

You can file a divorce on the grounds of cruelty. First you need to send a legal notice to your wife, if she agrees for a mutual settlement and divorce, then under that circumstance you can apply for the mutual divorce but in case she doesn’t comes to a mutual terms with you, then you can file a contested divorce, as above stated.
