Hi

It can be observed from your facts that there is irretrievable breakdown of your marital bond
Therefore it is advisable that you both should get divorced.
You both can go for mutual consent divorce and decide terms and conditions for divorce.
If you don't agree for mutual divorce then contesting petition can be filed

Good to know that in spite of knowing the factum of purported extra-marital affair of your wife you are interested in continuing the marital ties. At the outset though it is very difficult in Law to prove the adultery and mere suspicion would not be helpful but If at all there is a suspicion which you believe to be true and considering the fact that you are not interested getting separated in such case you can confront your wife first by taking her in confidence and exchanging the views calmly and peacefully and further if any complications arose then you both can involve your respective parents for support and not as a decisive factor.

Last but not the least let depression and health issue not prevail upon you and which would not much helpful if you want to sustain in the healthy relationship with your spouse and son. Take care of yourself.

Sir

It is a good thing that you still want to secure the relationship with your wife. In that case a visit to a counsellor or
having a free and frank talk with your wife is the best alternative.

It is right grounds to get divorce on grounds of adultery.
Your wife should either decide to travel in taxi or bus she can not travel in both at same time in both.
Persuade her to go for divorce on mutual consent if she refuses then throw her out and file for divorce on ground of adultery.
