Wife has travelled India with our son from Australia without my consen

I need your help regarding false domestic violence allegations made by my wife. She recently traveled to India from Australia with our child after falsely accusing me. Past allegations were withdrawn due to her dishonesty. Please advise on protecting my rights and our child's well-being . As I am worried she has fled to India and I don’t her whereabouts.

You will need to record a police complaint in Australia regarding your wife's malafide actions in present and in past. This will serve as a safeguard for you if she files any false complaint in India. You may also approach the court in India to seek custody of your child (if required).

You need to first file a Petition here for knowing the whereabouts of your wife and child. Also, if you desire to seek custody of your child then you must file a Petition for seeking the same. Feel free to contact me for seeking any further legal advice as regards the same.

Well, you can lodge a case of your wife's disappearance with your child before the concerned Police Station, via that way, you will be able to trackdown your Wife with your child through Police Investigation.
