Dear to all respected advocates nMyself mohammed shahid and i m facing false alligation from my wife in police FIR as 498 a 323 506 504 34 nShe wrote the name of my mother age 75 unmarried sister age 45 my brother n his wife nIm govt servant got job in compensation ground so i hv responsibility of my mother n sister dats y my wife filed false case coz she wanted to live separately from others family members so kindly suggest remedy and which counter case which i hv filed against my wife

hi In this case you have to immediately apply for anticipatory bail for you and your family's protection from arrest later you can file quashing application before the high court to set aside false fir against you and your family

Sorry to know about your situation, Shahid. In such circumstances if you wish to continue the marriage with her then you may file restitution of conjugal rights petition against your wife before the family court. You will have to contest the 498 IPC case
