Wife Harrasing For Divorce for low salary reasons and demanding cash

Hi This is Narasimha from HYD. My wife demanding for divorce and also 10 Lacs and Flat need to registered on her name. Main problem between us is I lost job 8 months back and she put on condition that when you get job I’ll back. Two months back I got job where as am less salary compare to my wife. On this issue she asking for divorce, where am not ready to give divorce. We don’t have any kids and we are in almost 5.5 years in marriage life. So suggest me whether if she goes legal with false statements is that acceptable and if she put any case is that case will include our family members. After marriage we are leaving separately from family members. So how could I need to take step . As there are no harassment and dowry issues from my end.
u can file for divorce stating harrassment in family court by stating all the facts if harassment done to by ur wife u can also ask for counseling in family court take chance that she may change or for divorce

sorry have to file a case against your wife in Hyderabad that you are not happy with the marital life and you want to get separated from your wife you have to file a case against your wife sir first you have to send the notice to file a case in family court

if wife is demanding divorce, then there is no need for you to pay any alimony.
per contra, you can choose to file for divorce on grounds of desertion and cruelty, (continuous pestering for divorce is cruelty).
you should be aware that filing of false cases is resorted to only to extract money. so, you should believe in yourself and contest the cases on merits
