Wife harassing through case for money, how can I save my finances?

Arranged marriage with doctor graduate woman in 2021. Unilaterally she left home after Apr 2022. Her family not disclosed health illness - disformed uterus and schizophrenia. No kids. She filed false cases in DV, 498A, dowry harassment-got AB. What are ALL possible ways to purchase assets and make it as non-claimable by wife side?
At this juncture, you don't worry about protecting your property because you don't have any children and your wife is rich..You can file a divorce petition immediately for getting divorce from her and then you can go for another marriage..

By applying for divorce, the wife can no longer claim possession or ownership over the assets purchased by the husband. Divorce need to be granted by the Court of law. While doing so, maintenance may be orders and assets & liabilities document also need to be filed.
