Wife harassing mentally and emotionally

I am 40 she is 41 I am Hindu she was Muslim. married in 2003 ( special marriage act) Filed Divorce 3 yrs back cause of mental harassment, doubting nature, separating me from my all family and relatives. keeping herself and home untidy and unhygienic. have rude and violent nature which lead her to raising her hand on me and also she threatening me that she will commit suicide. emotionally pressurized me. even though having 2 girls and I was happy with it she forced me through her dirty game to have a third child cause she wanted only a boy. All 3 children are with her. I have Filed for Childs custody girl 12 yrs, girl 8 yrs and boy 3 yrs She filed for maintenance. I lost 3 jobs cause of her and she got me threatened through goons that i should not approach to court for divorce or they will kill me. ( filed complaint about this in police station) I am under lot of mental pressure cause of her and still she is not setting me free .
This is my response to you:
1. The mother is the natural guardian of the child ill the child attains 5 years but after that the father can get custody;
2. You must approach court and contest the matter in an efficient manner to nullify the maintenance etc.;
3. You must also lead evidences of the mental and physical torture faced by you;
4. Consult a local lawyer and take next steps accordingly.
