wife as a government employee with handsome salary getting 3/4 of husband salary. filed dv for her and child maintenance .if she lives with husband resides with husband continues conjugal life if child maintenance decided, husband has to pay child maintenance to wife or not ? can wife get child maintenance living with husband?

Dear Sir,
There will be no Maintenance to the child if wife and child residing with you. The child maintenance is to be shared equally between husband and wife. No maintenance can be given to the child if her mother resides with her husband.
