Wife got married and left on the same day of marriage (evening)

HiI got married in 25th May 2022 and my wife left me on the same evening to her mother's house with some conditions to be fulfilled (4 months as of today). Even wedding night did not happen on 25th May 2022. Now she has put a case on me for dowry harassment, domestic violence and possibly be claiming maintenance allowances. nQuestion: Is she eligible to get maintenance allowances if i apply for divorce? What are the basic criterias to fulfill to get maintenance allowances. Your response is much appreciated. Thanks.

Dear Sir First file a case to declare your marriage as nullity that null and void on the ground of NON CONSUMMATION OF MARRIAGE. Then fight for those cases filed by wife. Challange FIR in High Court and you may win the case.

your questions cannot be answered without seeing her complaint and documents, her DV case file, is she working? Has he engaged advocate for him? is there not any intervention of elders etc., ? what is her proof?
