When wife files divorce case against husband so what is intent from court to know the contested divorce and allegations and which way its nullified.

please be specific with your query. provide the context and details of the concerned case. The court rejects a case of the petitioner if he/she could not prove its allegation through evidences oral as well as documentary. Intent of a Court is always to do justice

if wife filled a contested divorce under section 13 then you need to face trial or contest your case. after looking all evidence of both parties court will decide his order. it's good if she file contest not much problem for you. for more information you can contact us.
