Wife filed section 11, what happens if i don't go for hearing?

Hi, My wife filed section 11 on me as i had a child in my past livin relationship (she thinks i have done a marriage previously but actually not), my question is will this marriage can be void? If i don't appear for hearing what will happen?

without knowing the full facts of the case we cannot give the correct legal opinion and whether your wife has any concrete proof about her allegation and whether she can prove all the things which she stated in the petition and what is your defence in that matter if she make any allegation what is your reason to different delegation and who are the witnesses and what is the documentary evidence in this matter on analysing all of this factors only we can go to formal legal opinion

If your wife fails to prove the existence of the previous marriage, her diverse petition will be dismissed. If you prove that you had a living together relationship and had a child before the marriage, her divorce petition will be dismissed. if your wife proves the existence of earlier marriage by submitting any valid marriage certificate or any marriage invitation or any photograph of your marriage with your previous girl friend, your marriage will be declared as null and void under section 11. if you don't appear, her divorce petition will be allowed ex party divorce. So you have to appear before the court with proper documents.
