Wife filed false case on my family members can we file Quash at HC?

Hi Wife filed false DVC on my family members(Grand Father 75 , father 60 yeas ), We would like to file quash petition to remove their names from DVC Any assistance on file case in TS HC

hello , yes we can filed for quash of FIR as well as for removing their names or dispense of attendence ,for FIR quash we need show them evidence that you are innocent and your wife has file false and baseless allegations etc.

We file a quash petition in high court and we ask to remove your family members of grandfather and father name from the case and they are innocent and they don't involve any harassing, approach us we help you
