We shall need more facts to guide you better. This information is enough. The minimum requirement for dissertation is 2 continuous years and it should be without a reasonable cause. You state that husband has filed based on cruelty and dissertation. if the wife is not near her for more than 2 years on what ground cruelty is filed. There are many logics missing your story. The facts aren't enough to guide you.
