Wife filed divorce case in family court

My wife left me before 7 months. After that I tried to contact her in multiple ways. She never attended my calls nor replied my msgs. I tried through mediators....but it's of now use. Her parents accused me of harassing & beating her. Now after7 months of separation, I sent legal notice through RCR under section 9 A...then after she filed DV case & divorce case against me in family court . We got notice from her in telegu as she is from andhra..in that notice she did false allegations & also made some allegations regarding wedding money & dowry....which is false.....ow we have hearing date after 10 days. I am not getting what should I do ? Please advice

in this case you can proceed to file written statement to the divorce petition and DV application.
you have to put forth reasons for non cohabitation and also mention your previous notice of RCR which will be very much relevant for court to understand the falsity of the applications filed by your wife.
you have to approach Hon'ble high court for quashing of DV case.
