Wife filed all false IPCs-498a,323,354,354a,406,506,34

I live in HP, wife filed above IPCs in kolkata against entire family, none of us ever visited Kolkata.How do I request court for quashing the false FIR and do I need to reach courts in Kolkata only?

dear client as per your query since the false case is filled against you in Kolkata court then for quashing of the case can be applied only in Calcutta High court you can consult me online by paying online consultancy fees....

Firstly, you and your family members who have been charged under IPC should take a bail from the Court. Post which, depending on the merit of the case and the evidence attached by your wife against you, we can proceed for quashing if that looks appropriate. Any assistance you can contact us.
