Wife filed a domestic violence case and asking for divorce

Hi my wife filed domestic violence case in women’s police and asking for divorce but I don’t want to give divorce as we have a baby boy and can I file a case against her as she is already married when she was 16 and didn’t take legal divorce decree just she broke her marriage in village on a paper is that valid

hi you could file petition for restitution of conjugal rights if you want your wife to come back to marital home and you coyld contest the domestic violence case as it is based on all false allegations

if yur counter plea request for restitution of Conjugal Rights and also, file for visitation rights.. with the custody. Marraige commenced at the age of 16 is void ab initio.. it's not a valid ground.
