wife filed a case under section 125 and 127 for maintenance/alimony

My wife has filed a case in the kanpur family court falsely alleging me and my family members for dowry harassment and domestic violence after 9 years of marriage. The first notice I received I refused to accept. my maternal uncle through kanpur family court, took out the notice and the first hearing date is 20 th November 2021.My wife stayed with me for 6 months in total in this entire 10 years of marriage in her matrimonial house. I live and stay in Mumbai. kindly advice as to what option do I have.

Dear Client in that case your should contest the cases whatever she filed before Kanpur Family Court against you and your family otherwise ex party order will pass and then you have no option to protect you and your family so in that case you may contact us then elaborate properly.
