wife done second marriage without court divorce and i want court divor

My and my wife was married in nov 2017. due to some physical issues she was having we separated in 3 months and we separated on basis of notarized agreement as her family members were not ready for court divorce she has been married now in 2020 bt i want legal divorce through the court she is not cooperating in this what remedy i have in this matter
Dear queriest as per your query you have mentioned that you and your wife got separated on a notarized document, and now you are willing to get legally separated since she got married to someone else now, in such case we can send her legal notice and she agree for mutual consent divorce then we can go ahead, if she don't we can file for divorce.
