Wife doesn't allow to me enter the house.

Our house is the name of wife's name. She is paying its EMI. But ia m paying electricity, house tax, building maintenance etc. We are separately since 6 months. I am living in different city while wife is living in our house. She doesn't allow me to enter the house and using abuse words even threating to me that if i tried to enter the house forcefully then she will call the cop and will charge of scrambling. She is trying to sell the house without my permission and knowledge. Note : Her marriage is 2nd marriage while my is 1st marriage.
