Wife does not wants to live with my family and is 7 months pregnant

I got married on 25th January 2023. It was a arranged marriage. My parents were staying at another place because of my father's job and he is heart patient as well. My wife does not talk to my parents and shout on me and abuse my parents if I deny her doing anything. In august 2023, she left my home with her sister and has not returned back. Her brother threatened me to file a attempt to murder case against me. I have some call recordings with her brother in law stating her behavior.

First of all you should immediately draft an intimation letter regarding all your matters and address it to the police station according to your jurisdiction and then file a petition under section 9 HMA for calling back your wife into your matrimonial life. This all will prove beneficial if she does anything nasty. And if there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should file for contested divorce under the ground of cruelty. whant u want then kindly clear mention if u want own wife back at home then we will file section 9 for coming back at home nd knowing reason if u want take action against her brother then u should file a FIR regarding threatening
