Yes you can live in relation but your live in partner will have all rights as your wife so in case of rift you would be between devil and deep-sea.
Divorce for hindu is not a matter of right but if you are able to prove the ground of divorce before court you will get divorce.Hope I answered your question.

Yes you can live with your girlfriend in a live in relationship. The ground of your divorce should be such that you need not need to give any maintainence to your wife. You can continue to live with your girlfriend in a live in relationship.

You have not given any details. If you are a Hindu ,you must have filed divorce on any of the grounds given in Hindu marriage Act .In case after service of notice on your wife ,she does not file reply or does not contest ,you may get exparte divorce on basis of your evidence .In case she files reply and contests your petition ,you have to prove the grounds for getting divorce. In case she has filed application for maintainance /alimony you will have to give the same to her depending on her claim and your income. In case your wife is working you can request the Court to seek detaiis of her income and may be amount to be given to her will get reduced .
