Dear client, based on your question, the court can proceed ex- parte and pass orders based on the available evidence if the respondent continues to be absent. Normally, the court will not indefinitely allow repeated adjournment without valid reason. Hope this answer helps you. For a detailed discussion feel free to contact us.
