Wife cheated financially and went to her mothers home what to do

Within 5 weeks of my marriage without showing any grudge or anything that she is unhappy of my wife went to her maiden with all the jewelries stating that she needs to go for Rakhi. After reaching her house her mom calls me up stating that we were not even feeding her meal and that's why she ran back which is an utter nonsense thing and now I am being threatened for slander among community plus my wife is never going to come back to my house and things like that. She was last daughter out of 3 and was the only income source for their house before marrying to me. I'm really confused. Plz guide.

You are advised to file case against her in family court for restitution application first give notice to her about your intention at the same time give police complaint against her also that she went her maiden home along with ornaments.

The only step as of now you can take is that to prepare a Notice and include all the said details of what all has transpired from the beginning of the marriage and till today and how you have been cheated and being threatened of any false complaint and disrespect in the community and send to it your Local Police Station Senior Inspector, DCP of your Zone & the Commissioner of Police. And how such incident has defamed you and how it has spoilt your family name and how the Girl only married for the sake of marriage and she always intended to go back to her House.
And also inform them that if any false and frivolous complaint is made by your wife against you, not to entertain any such complaint.
