Wife cheated and had baby from other man

My wife recently delivered a baby and as per blood reports it is not belongs to mine (We both are o+ve and baby is B+ve, which is not possible as per my knowledge).We are married for 2 years and we were not in a good relationship from beginning. She is in close relationship with a man whom she calls brother, which I suspect of being father of newborn baby (But not sure)nShe use to sleep with me only once/twice a month just for the sake of baby. I discussed all these with relatives and they convinced me to have a baby first, later she will correct herself by seeing the face of baby. I trusted my wife and that man who she calls brother and now I feel cheated.How can I approach/start filing the case here? How to start DNA testing procedure?

okay I understand your question your not interested about your wife bad work like she is keeping another man so you have to file divorce case againest her and file it I a for DNA test legaly in Court so you have not interested matrimonial life you will file it divorce it is better for you if you need any legal help contact me thank you

yes you can file for divorce on ground of having sexual relationship outside marriage wedlock and adultery, and you can file an application for DNA testing but it should be supported by valid reasons, then only the court will allow DNA testing, hence once DNA is allowed then if in that report it is proved that it is not your child you will get divorce and also relieved from responsibility of the child as you will not be his father.
