Wife caught in adultery in hotel with a men

My wife filed a 498a ,504,506 and dowry act in 2022 and I have taken a anyicipatory against 498a in 2023 and interim maintainance ordered and living in her parent home and denying to reunite and asking for huge amount for mutual divorce .In 2024 I caught her with a man in hotel for which I have all records like video and hotel records and continously abusing me and my family in whatsapp along with enjoying adulterous life . Can I use this adultery prove in court to deny maintainance and alimony
