Wife and inlaws not allowing me to see my new born

24-Mar-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My wife isn't residing with me since 4 months, she is 7 months pregnant she and her parents abused me, harrased me a number of times. My wife assaulted me publicly number of times. Now they are using my unborn baby as a weapon against me and saying they wont allow me to have access to baby when it will born. I am transferring a small amount to her account monthly and delivering what she needs in pregnancy to her home directly through online platform. Need advice.

dear client,
firstly try to convince your family i.e your wife if there is some misunderstanding do sort it out or go for a good counseling together then go for the last option and make a complaint against ur wife and in-laws for further details do contact us .

you can file an application under section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act for restitution of conjugal rights.
Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (Section 9) says If either the husband or the wife, without reasonable excuses, withdraws from the society of the other, the aggrieved party may approach the Court for restitution of conjugal rights.
this is basically for saving the marriage and if the marriage is saved you will automatically will be with the new born.
visit chamber for further details.
