wife and In Laws fake complaint against me


10-Apr-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Sir/Mam My brother in law is banker and he opened Fixed Deposite after 4 months of marriage, my wife has deposited 4 lacs in FD ( 4*1 lac each) and myself has 2 lac in FD ( 2*1 lac each). Now she compalint domestic voilence in police station. Further i think also put case of dowry to me. 1. Sir how we explain that FD is only open to my name because my brother in law wants to save tax process. And FD is open to my wife savings account. Can i closed it now ( 2 lac in FD ( 2*1 lac each))?.
