Wife and her family threatening

Hi, I am Rajesh an Hindu son married to a Hindu girl on last year February and girls didn’t stayed for 1 month as well. And started created a problem that to give full salary to her and asking me to leave my parents and stay separately. My both parents are very sick. She left the job with out informing and started complaining she has an health issue and requested her to be at home and then started complaining she can’t stay at home as well. From day 1 she started demanding money and I have given cash every time she ask. Now she sent a false allegation stating we didn’t take care of her. And my sick parents tortured her. She sent a divorce notice now with false allegations and false domestic violence. Please let me know wat should I do

if she sent domestic violence petition in court notice are legal notice to you means you need to reply within 15 days then we can proceed it legal proceedings in legal in court only you have to give the reply notice immediately and shame you need to file their decision of conjugal right petition in a family court that will support you

Dear Sir, You can think for tit for tat. To avoid Maintenance, which she may file, and to counter her cases then file petition for Restitution of Conjugal Rights. Get stay order on DV case if you wish. You can get file DV case through your mothe thus you can counter her cases.

Don't worry Sir, she does not like to continue with matrimonial house. give a suitable reply to her notice through an advocate. if she wants Divorce, give on mutual consent divorce, if she demands money, don't give any single pai, don't bother about her threat and allegations.
